In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise. Familiarity with these definitions will help you understand your rights and obligations as a ja666 user.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Account Suspension & Closure

Either party — the user or ja666 — may initiate the closure or suspension of an account, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Before closure is processed, any outstanding real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your verified payment method. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure. If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, please also request a self-exclusion to prevent re-registration during the self-exclusion period.

Suspension or Termination by ja666: ja666 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the required timeframe

• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age

In cases of suspected fraud or illegal activity, ja666 reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation and to share relevant account information with appropriate law enforcement or regulatory bodies. Where an account is closed due to a material breach by the user, any remaining balance may be forfeited at ja666's discretion.

Dormant Accounts: An account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. ja666 may deduct a monthly administration fee from dormant account balances as published in the platform's fee schedule. Users will be notified by email before dormancy fees are applied.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ja666's total liability to any user arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that user in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. ja666 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses.
